I'm the Only Financial Coach in the Country Who's Actually Sold Roofs

ย

Before We Go Any Furtherย โ€” Here's Why This Is Different.

I'm not just "familiar with the industry." This isn't "worked with a few reps." I've knocked doors, sat at kitchen tables, handled objections, waited on adjusters, and deposited the same commission checks you do.

I built this because I needed it myself โ€” and it didn't exist.

Most financial coaches will tell you to "cut your lattes" and "stick to a budget." They mean well. But they've never stared at a $4,000 month after a $22,000 month wondering how it evaporated so fast.

They've never had to explain to their family why a killer storm season still somehow left them stressed.

I have...and that changes everything about the advice I give.

Here's the Honest Version of How I Got Here

I didn't grow up with money. I grew up understanding what it felt like to not have enough of it โ€” and being determined to figure out how to change that.

At 22, I joined the Marine Corps. I spent five years inspecting and maintaining helicopters, which taught me something that still shapes everything I do: systems aren't optional. When a system fails at 3,000 feet, people die.

I learned to respect process, precision, and preparation in a way most people never do.

After the Marines, I went back to school and became a licensed financial advisor โ€” a fiduciary, which means I was legally required to put my clients' interests ahead of my own.

I spent years sitting across from real people, learning their fears about money, building plans that actually worked, and watching what happened when people finally had clarity about their finances. It was some of the most meaningful work I've ever done.

After the pandemic shifted the financial world, I pivoted toward financial analytics โ€” and ended up working as an analyst for a roofing company. That's when I saw it up close for the first time: the revenue these reps were generating was staggering. So I made the move to outside sales, because the financial opportunity was impossible to ignore.

Within my first few seasons, I understood exactly why so many reps were financially struggling.

The income is real. The opportunity is real.

But nobody โ€” not one person in this industry โ€” was teaching people how to handle the money once it hit their account.

No system for the feast months. No plan for the famine ones.

Just vibes, impulse spending, and a prayer that next month would be better.

Meanwhile, I had a Master's in Finance and years of experience as a fiduciary. I knew exactly what these guys needed. So I built it.

RoofMoneyPro exists because the roofing industry deserves better than generic financial advice written for people with predictable paychecks.

You work too hard and earn too much to have nothing to show for it.

What I Actually Believe About Money

No Deprivation

Financial freedom is not about white-knuckling your way through life never buying anything. You drive a nice truck. You take your family on trips. You live well.

The goal is a system that funds your life and builds your future โ€” not one that makes you miserable in the meantime.

Specificity Over Generality

Vague advice doesn't change behavior. "Spend less" has never helped anyone. What actually works is a specific, personalized plan with exact numbers, clear steps, and accountability. That's what I build with every person I work with.

Built for Roofing, Period

Everything I teach is designed around variable commission income, seasonal swings, storm cycles, and the unique pressures of this industry. If you sell roofs, this was built specifically for you.

The System Works. Here's the Receipts

I paid off $175,000 in personal debt in 16 months while earning commission income.

I sold $7,468,583 in roofing contracts across 1,704 appointments โ€” improving my own close rate from 14% to 40% by applying the same systems thinking I use in financial coaching.

I've gone from financial advisor to roofing sales rep to full-time coach โ€” and every step taught me something that makes the next level of advice sharper.

I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching the system I personally built, tested, and lived.

This is the system. And the first step is free.

The Human Behind the Spreadsheets

I live in the Texas Hill Country with my wife and my daughter โ€” and honestly, they're the whole reason any of this matters.

Building wealth isn't an abstract goal for me. It's about making sure my family has options, security, and a life that doesn't depend on whether it hails in April.

When I'm not coaching, I'm running or cycling โ€” always chasing a new PR. I'm a serious reader, a decent cook, and someone who will absolutely talk your ear off about multi-family real estate, dividend portfolios, or the best food I've tried recently.

I'm competitive, I'm process-driven, and I genuinely love this work.

There's nothing better than watching a rep go from financial chaos to clarity. That transformation never gets old.
